Mr. St-Gelais is a director and business manager with an academic background in medicine and finance. A CFA charterholder, Mr. St-Gelais carries over twenty years of management experience mainly in the fields of technology and engineering. Acting as Executive VP and CFO, he was involved in development of a top 10 engineering services firm in Canada which was, by the end of 2010, acquired by a US based publicly traded company. Currently, Mr. St-Gelais is an executive and board member of different companies in various fields of activity (biotechnology, green energy and consumer goods).
